Summary
During my time with BMO I managed North American teams in both Canada and the U.S. with high employee engagement and client Net Promoter scores. I was consistently recognized as a top performer and sought after to participate in many of the largest projects and programs within our #2 ranked Business/Commercial division. My client experience allowed me to work with our Federal and Provincial governments and the unique needs of their budget tendering processes , including responding to Requests for Proposal. I worked directly with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) to ensure our policies and procedures were not only accurate, but could also be tested for accuracy and integrity. My large corporate and those of my team included clients in the Insurance, Financial Services, Retail, Energy, Transportation and Manufacturing.

As Vice-President Global Treasury Management, I managed full-cycle technical product and delivery of business solutions for small, medium and large corporate customers. I formed partnerships and measured success through mutual key service and performance indicators. I understand and execute the methodology of all levels of financial budgeting. I can confidently represent our band needs and opportunities. I will ensure that we as Chief and Council are transparent, and that we can speak to and represent our financial needs and accomplishments. I will leverage my professional experience in Learning Strategy and Delivery to empower our council, our band office and our community members. We will take back that voice, we will capitalize on the steps taken towards reconciliation enabling us to reach greater heights.
